Fruits that resemble human body parts are a cure for patients

Fruits

What if some vegetables and fruits could talk? What if they could tell us what specific human body part they could build and strengthen? This is evident in the fact that some fruits take a form almost identical to the parts of the human body or even one of its components, internally or externally, to tell us loudly, "Eat me," for I will benefit. I will strengthen this organ that I resemble. This is called the doctrine of signatures.

In short, this doctrine says that God has "imprinted" His signature on many medicinal plants, fruits, and vegetables to help us understand which body organ they are strengthening.

1- Walnuts and Brains:

Here's how walnuts are linked to the brain:

The outer part of the nut resembles the wrinkles or folds on the brain's neocortex.
Carefully open the nut. You can see two sides—left and right—which represent the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Notice the thin part in between? This represents the corpus callosum, the thin membrane that divides or connects the two sides of the brain. Look closely at the nut so you can spot the upper cerebrum and lower cerebellum.
Walnuts are proper "brain food." Why? Because they contain more omega-3 fatty acids than any other type of nut. These fats help develop more than thirty neurotransmitters for brain function.

What this means is that when kids eat walnuts, they can:

Their mood, their attention, and their behavior. Help children eat less.

And remember, 90% of our brains are fat, so giving your brain the right kinds of fat will build your brain and make you smarter.

More benefits:

Walnuts are rich in minerals that help the other vitamins we take function better in our bodies.

They are also fiber-rich and help metabolize sugar, insulin, and cholesterol.

3- Sweet potatoes and pancreas:

The sweet potato is the same shape as our pancreas, strengthening and supporting this organ. Contrary to popular belief, they balance the glycemic index of people with diabetes.

More benefits:

rich in fiber and antioxidants.
Loaded with vitamin A and low in calories (103)
It has anti-cancer properties.

4- Figs and male sperm:

The fig is full of seeds and hangs down in pairs as it grows. Figs increase the movement of male sperm and increase sperm counts to overcome male infertility.

More benefits:

high in fiber.

high in calcium and potassium can reduce heart disease, stroke, and blood pressure.

 5- Tomatoes and heart:

First, tomatoes are not fruits or berries; they are vegetables. The Supreme Court ruled that tomatoes were such in 1893. Tomatoes are important for the heart.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. See the four sections or rooms?

The tomato has four chambers and is red. Likewise, our heart is red and has four chambers.

Research shows that tomatoes contain lycopene (a phytochemical) that protects the heart from oxidative stress (the process that causes heart disease) and reduces heart attacks. Thus, tomatoes are a pure heart and blood food.

More benefits:

Tomatoes help fight different types of cancer.
It improves eye health (lutein).
They lower blood pressure.

6. Kidney Beans:

The beans heal and help maintain kidney function; yes, they look exactly like human kidneys.

More benefits:

Beans are high in fiber (11 grams), vital for lowering cholesterol and blood sugar.

Reduce the risk of breast cancer.

Rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Kidney beans contain the highest level of antioxidants of any food tested, and they also include an essential enzyme-boosting mineral called molybdenum.

7- Celery and our bones:

Take a closer look at a piece of celery, bok choy, or rhubarb. They are like that and help strengthen our bones. Here's how...

They specifically target bone strength.

Bones contain 23% sodium, and these vegetables contain 23% sodium.
They contain silicon, an essential nutrient for bone health. Silicon also regenerates joints and connective tissues.
These foods fuel the skeletal needs of our bodies.

More benefits:

They can lower blood pressure. In fact, celery is the number one food for lowering blood pressure and can reduce it by 12 percent due to its phytochemical phthalates.

They are great for controlling appetite and reducing carbohydrate cravings.

8- Onions and cells:

Onions are like our cells. If you look at an image of a cell, you'll see layer upon layer. Cut an onion open and notice the same formation. Onions act like a root system, removing waste from our cells and body.

More benefits:

Onions fight cancer dramatically! Like celery - onions build strong bones.
Onions contain sulfur, which helps keep skin healthy (the dominant ingredient in skin is sulfur—your skin loves sulfur!)

9- Eggplant, avocado, pear, and female uterus:

Take a look at this fruit. What does its shape remind you of? They target the health and function of the uterus and cervix in women, which are shaped like these organs. Here's how they help:

Research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it helps balance hormones, shed unwanted birth weight, and prevent cervical cancer.
An avocado takes precisely 9 months to grow from flower to ripe fruit. Similarly, it takes nine months for a baby to fully develop.
There are over 14,000 photolyzed nutritional chemicals in every one of these foods.

More benefits:

Eggplant contains a powerful antioxidant called Methionine that scavenges free radicals and protects the brain from oxidative damage.

Avocados are rich in good omega-9 fats that lower cholesterol, cancer, and diabetes. It also helps your eyes stay healthy.

Pears are high in fiber.

 10- Olives and ovaries

Olives resemble the shape of the female ovaries and help in the health and function of this organ.

Protect the heart and help prevent DNA damage.
It has anti-cancer properties.

11- Grapefruit, orange, and mammary glands:

Slice open a grapefruit or orange horizontally. Look at the texture and sections. This citrus fruit, and others, look like the female mammary glands, which help maintain healthy breast tissue and reduce the incidence of breast cancer.

Grapefruit can help you lose weight.

Oranges can reduce the risk of stroke, are loaded with vitamin C, and contain more than 170 cancer-fighting phytochemicals.
Orange also helps the heart, lowers cholesterol, and strengthens bones and teeth.

11- Carrots and eyes:

If you look at a woman's eyes and look closely at the blackness of the eye, then you bring a carrot and cut it into rings. Science tells us that carrots are good for the eyes because they enhance blood flow and increase the function of our eyes. And why not? We have a popular proverb that says carrots improve vision.

Suppose you ask an ophthalmologist what the benefit of carrots for the eyes is. In that case, he will tell you that it is an important antioxidant that protects the eyes and helps prevent macular degeneration and cataracts. Because it contains both lutein and zeaxanthin, which are essential antioxidants.

Other benefits of carrots:

Carrots contain vitamin A, an important antioxidant that stimulates rhodopsin (the purple pigment in the eyes), which helps us see in dim light.
Carrots also help fight cancer.
Since carrots can heal the eyes, they are considered a medicinal plant.
